I worked with your loan officer, George Kennedy, and must say he was absolutely wonderful to work with. The transaction was almost flawless and I credit George's professionalism and attentiveness to that fact. George was always easy to get in touch with when I called and if not available would call back promptly. He was very clear on any requirements you and the loan company needed to process the loan in a timely and efficient manner. Any questions I had weere answered promptly and explained thoroughly.

Although I'm sure you feel that he was only doing his job, I cannot tell you how refreshing it was to work with someone who is clearly customer service conscious in today's environment. It seems like everywhere you go, customer service has just fallen by the wayside and unfortunately, I've totally eliminated any expectation of receiving any from any company. It's always a very welcome surprise when I work with someone who goes the extra mile to provide the best customer service possible and makes, what could be, a complicated process a breeze.

This was the smoothest re-finance I have ever done and I have financed at least 10 properties over the years. We were able to close in about two weeks and I couldn't be more pleased. I feel like George deserves all of the credit for making this transaction so enjoyable. You should be proud to have someone like George as a member of your staff and because of him, I will definitely do business with your company again and recommend you to my family and friends.
